PIZZA WITH GRAVIERA CHEESE
Dough for one pizza base
oil
400 gr. tomatoes
150 gr. Grated graviera
6-8 anchovies
capers
salt, pepper
oregano
Roll the dough out into a round sheet and place it in an oiled oven dish. Dip the tomatoes in boiling water for 1 minute, peel them and pulp them in a vegetable mixer. Pour the pulp onto the pizza and add the grated graviera on top. Add the anchovies and sprinkle with plenty of capers. Add salt and pepper to taste, and plenty of oregano, and sprinkle the pizza with one and a half soup spoons of oil. Bake it in the oven at 225 ° C for 20-25 minutes and serve immediately.
